Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Talivo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Talivo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Account Registration
To use certain features of Talivo, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
User Content
Talivo allows you to upload, share, and view fashion and outfit videos. By posting content on Talivo, you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
- Represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post
- Agree that your public content may be viewed by other users
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Post sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
- Use the App for any commercial purposes without our permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
Reporting and Blocking
Talivo provides tools to report inappropriate content or behavior and to block users. We encourage you to use these features to help maintain a positive community.
Intellectual Property
The Talivo app, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our permission.
Third-Party Services
Talivo may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Your use of Talivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Talivo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of Talivo shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Talivo regarding your use of the App.
